The rooftop service was slow. I found myself waiting an unreasonable amount of time for the staff to take my order, despite them being present. this was frustrating. additionally, the hotel tried to bill me for taxis i never requested. the food prices struck me as overly expensive given the overall experience.

I spent several nights at this beautiful hotel and found the staff attentive. they knew my name instantly and always offered a smile. housekeeping organized my toiletries and shoes and ensured my room was thoroughly clean. I appreciated these small touches. the mini bar selection was great, and i utilized it. the hotel has a spa that i enjoyed.

Every staff member was friendly and ready to help with any need I had. The location provides easy access to both the beach and the city center. My room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was superb (I especially loved the fresh fruit!).
The spa pool was not quite warm enough for full enjoyment (it would have been perfect if it were just a few degrees warmer).
